This Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager will be responsible for finding and developing new end user customers mechanical contractors and representative management on promoting HVAC products including air handlers industrial refrigeration indoor air quality applications.
The Regional Sales Manager / Territory Sales Manager / Business Development Manager must display an understanding of HVAC products on a commercial scale such as air handlers energy recover HVAC controls further. You must be willing to travel throughout Oklahoma Kansas Colorado Wyoming Nebraska Texas with two weeks per month minimally on the road.

Promote and sell commercial and industrial HVAC products such as air handler and indoor air quality solutions
Identify and develop new business opportunities with industrial end users contractors and HVAC representatives
Present technical solutions communicate product value and close project opportunities
Offer knowledge and consultation to develop HVAC system related solutions for bespoke client needs
Liaise with various engineering departments
Able to travel throughout Oklahoma Kansas Colorado Wyoming Nebraska Texas with two weeks per month minimally on the road

Proven ability to generate new business and win projects with contractors end users and engineering teams
Higher level Building Services Engineering Mechanical Engineering qualification i.e to BS level would be advantageous
Able to read and understand mechanical and electrical specifications and construction drawings
Willing to travel throughout Oklahoma Kansas Colorado Wyoming Nebraska Texas with two weeks per month minimally on the road
