Belay Technologies is seeking a COTS Integrator (Level 3) to join our intel team.The selected candidate will work on a team building performance-monitoring solutions for willleveragethe Jenkins automated execution architecture for automated performance candidate will instrument different environmentsin order tocapture performance metrics and will build software leveraging REST APIs to automate the capture of metrics. The candidate willutilizeElastic stack totore performance metrics and develop visualizations of the performance metrics. The candidate willintegrate open source and COTS products in a secure environment with PKI-based authentication corporateauthorization services firewalls and SSL/TLS communications. The ideal candidate mustpossessa goodunderstanding of network operating system application and end-point performance. The candidate musthavestrong communicationand collaboration skills andberesults-oriented.

Candidates should have the following qualifications:
- TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
- Twelve (12) years of experience in software development/engineering
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in Computer Science or related discipline
- Four (4) years ofadditionalsoftware development experience may be substituted for a bachelors degree
Candidates are required to have the following skills:
- Experience with Elastic Stack (Elasticsearch Logstash and Kibana) including Elastic Application Performance Monitoring (APM)
- Installing updating and/ormaintainingmultiple Elastic Stack environments
- Creating and modifying Logstash pipelines
- Creating and modifying Kibana visualizations
- Experience withOpenTelemetry(OTEL) andOpenTelemetryProtocol (OTLP)
- Experience with Python and/or Vega programming
- Familiarity with web application technologies (e.g. html JavaScript web servers and application servers)
- Proficient in UNIX commands
- Proficient in Windows
- Instrumenting systems with Elastic Agent and Elastic APM Agent
Candidates are desired to have the following skills:
- Experience withMicroFocusBusiness Service Management (BSM) tool suite:
- MicroFocusSiteScope
- MicroFocusOperations Manager i (OMi)
- Experience with AWS Cloud
- Experience withNiFi
- Experience with Jenkins
- Experience with Selenium
- Experience with Ansible or Terraform
- System administration background
