POSITION: Full-Time Benefit Eligible Caregiver Recruiter
SALARY: $55000$65000
We are a growing home care company seeking aCaregiver Recruiter to join our team in the DC Metro area. This role is responsible for identifying attracting and onboarding high-quality caregivers while promoting our companys culture and values. You will play a critical role in ensuring our caregivers are well-matched to clients trained and supported helping us deliver exceptional care to those who need it most.
The Caregiver Recruiter manages the full recruitment process from sourcing candidates reviewing applications and conducting interviews to performing background and reference checks. You will coordinate Orientation/IBM scheduling maintain accurate records in WellSky and our applicant tracking system and communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed throughout the process. This role also qualifies existing caregivers for Hospice/Alzheimers skills supports other recruiters as needed and promotes a positive employer brand to attract top talent.
