The Operational Risk Management (ORM) team is a secondline risk function that supports Corporate Functions across the Bank including Human Resources (HR) Financial Crime Risk Management (FCRM) Risk Compliance Legal Finance Audit and Treasury & Balance Sheet Management (TBSM). TheORMteam provides independent oversight andchallengeacross key operational risk categories while supporting strategic initiatives effective governance and strong risk culture. Through collaboration andeffectivechallenge ORM helps protect the Banks reputation and enables sustainable growth in line with TDs values and culture of care

JOB DESCRIPTION

The ideal candidate should bringa strong senseof curiosity analytical thinking and a willingness to learn by asking questions and using available tools and this rolethe intern mayassistwith risk assessments reporting and stakeholder engagement contributing to effective oversight and informed decisionmaking.Thiswill helpenhance risk awareness support strategic initiatives and reinforce a strong risk culture across the Bank.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Currentlyenrolled inanundergraduate degreeinFinance Accounting Analytics DataBusiness/Commerceor related field

• Must be enrolled in an undergraduate degree with the intent of going back to school atthe start of your work term(requirement of all co-op/intern positions)

• Currentlyenrolled in an undergraduate degree in Finance Accounting Business Commerce Risk Management Analytics or a related field

• Strong analytical andproblem solvingskills with attention to detail

• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn through asking thoughtful questions

• Ability to synthesize information and communicate insights clearly both written and verbal

• Proficiencyin Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and Word; familiarity with data or reporting tools is an asset

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also beingself directed

• Interest in risk management governance and corporate functions within a financial institution

• Professionalism and sound judgment when handling sensitive or confidential information
