We are seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Content Designer who is excited by the new opportunities that artificial intelligence is providing in the field of content design and production. This role blends traditional creative expertise with cutting-edge AI tools to produce visually compelling innovative content at scale. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in videography and static design paired with hands-on experience using the latest AI-driven creative platforms.

You know how to:

• Be able to turn a marketing brief into AI led creative design and production that is ready to be shared through traditional & digital media on paid & owned channels
• Use existing static & video creative to produce new dynamic content
• Inspired by our brand campaigns and programming create new static & video creative through AI led production

Your Impact

• Conceptualize design and produce high-quality AI-generated images and video content aligned with brand and campaign objectives
• Leverage advanced AI tools and software to create enhance and iterate visual assets efficiently
• Combine traditional videography photography and design techniques with AI workflows
• Edit and refine AI-generated content using industry-standard post-production tools
• Collaborate with creative directors marketers and content strategists to develop innovative visual concepts
• Stay up to date with emerging trends tools and best practices in AI-generated media
• Maintain consistency in visual style tone and branding across all deliverables
• Optimize content for multiple platforms formats and audience segments

What You Bring

• A degree in Advertising Photography & Video Production or a related creative field. Proven experience in videography photography graphic design or digital media production
• Demonstrated expertise in AI content creation tools (e.g. image generators video generators and creative AI platforms)
• Proficiency in traditional creative software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent)
• Strong portfolio showcasing both traditional and AI-generated visual content
• Solid understanding of composition lighting color theory and storytelling
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced retail environment
• Familiarity with prompt engineering and AI workflow optimization
• Basic understanding of branding marketing and audience engagement strategies
• Must be authorized to work in Canada.

Compensation:

Starting rate for this position is $55000$65000 annually plus (income may vary based on volume and location).
