• 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM) primarily weekends (Friday-Sunday)

• Spend quality time with clients through conversation reading games hobbies or simply being present
  
  
• Provide companionship and assistance with errands appointments and social outings
  
  
• Offer cheerful support during meals and assist with light meal preparation
  
  
• Help maintain a comfortable home environment with light housekeeping and organization
  
  
• Provide gentle medication reminders (non-medical)
  
  
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as dressing grooming bathing toileting mobility assistance and fall preventionalways with dignity safety and respect
  
  
• Encourage participation in walks puzzles hobbies and other engaging activities
  
  
• Observe and report any changes in a clients condition mood or routine
  
  
• Accurately document visits and communicate with the care team

• Enjoy meaningful one-on-one interactions and building relationships
  
  
• Have experience caring for a loved one volunteering or working in caregiving
  
  
• Are patient dependable and genuinely compassionate
  
  
• Prefer longer shifts like 12-hour days or nights in order to get full time pay in just a few days!
  
  
• Want work that feels purposeful and rewarding not rushed or impersonal
  
  
• Value teamwork support and consistency with clients
  
  

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  
  
• Caregiving companion care or personal care experience
  
  
• CPR and First Aid certification (preferred)
  
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
  
• Ability to follow care plans and work collaboratively with a supportive team
