Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) Inpatient Rehabilitation Location: Hyannis MA
Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is is seeking a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat inpatient adult and pediatric patients. The role focuses on restoring mobility improving function and supporting recovery through individualized evidence-based treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary care team.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and establish treatment goals
Develop and implement individualized therapy programs
Perform diagnostic testing of functional abilities
Deliver and modify treatment plans based on progress
Document patient care and communicate with care teams
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
Supervise PTAs aides and students as needed
Support quality improvement and safety initiatives
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Physical Therapy
Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy License
Current BLS Certification
Strong clinical evaluation and treatment skills
Ability to communicate effectively in English
Preferred Qualifications
Clinical Specialist Certification (for advanced role level)
