Strong full-cycle AP experience
High-volume AP processing (500 invoices per month including entry approvals and discrepancy resolution)
2/3 Way Matching in NetSuite
Attention to detail and accuracy are a must.
Vendor statement reconciliations
Proficient in Excel: vlookups and pivot tables
Oversee the AP inbox and invoice uploads
Corporate credit card review and reconciliation
Expense report auditing
Experienced and comfortable with full remote work virtual meetings and training
