Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Anthropological Researcher with a background in healthcare medical research or clinical environments. The ideal candidate will conduct qualitative and quantitative research to understand human behavior patient experiences and healthcare practices supporting data-driven insights for product service or clinical improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct anthropological and behavioral research within healthcare or medical settings
- Perform field studies interviews surveys and observational research
- Analyze patient behavior healthcare workflows and user experiences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights
- Prepare research reports documentation and presentations
- Ensure adherence to ethical standards and research compliance
- Support healthcare initiatives through data interpretation and evidence-based recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors or Masters degree in:
- Anthropology
- Sociology
- Public Health
- Healthcare-related field
- Experience as:
- Healthcare / Medical Researcher
- Clinical Research Associate
- Medical Technician with research exposure
- Strong understanding of:
- Qualitative & quantitative research methods
- Data collection and analysis techniques
- Excellent communication analytical and documentation skills
