Duration: 12 Months (possible extensions)
XXXX: $25 $28/hr on W2
Shift: 2 Weeks On / 2 Weeks Off
Working Hours: 12 hours per day

Training: NEST Training required prior to deployment
Job Summary
The WHE Service Technician is responsible for supporting maintenance operations and ensuring timely delivery and readiness of equipment. This role focuses on improving equipment uptime maintenance efficiency and overall operational productivity within the Maintenance Base.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and servicing of assigned equipment as per maintenance programs
Follow reliability-centered maintenance practices and standard procedures
Record maintenance activities including parts used labor and equipment history in systems
Ensure compliance with maintenance and operational standards
Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and improve efficiency
Assist in failure analysis and repair processes
Contribute to improving asset utilization and turnaround time
Work closely with maintenance teams to enhance productivity
Requirements
Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply
Basic mechanical aptitude or technical understanding preferred
Ability to work long hours in a physically demanding environment
Willingness to work in remote locations (Alaska slope)
Strong adherence to safety and operational procedures
Good teamwork and communication skills
Work Environment
Remote oilfield location
Rotational schedule (2 weeks on / 2 weeks off)
Camp-based living with provided meals and lodging
