Role: AI Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer who will be responsible for building deploying and maintaining AI workflows that support an Auto OEMs business and technical objectives. The AI Engineer will be focused on the design implementation and operationalization of AI workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement end-to-end AI workflows including data ingestion feature engineering model inference and output delivery.

• End-to-end AI workflows including data ingestion feature engineering model inference and output delivery

• Develop and operationalize AI pipelines for batch and real-time use cases.-time use cases

• Automate the workflows via orchestration and scheduling mechanisms.

• Implement testing validation and performance optimization for AI workflows.

• Collaborate with the OEM engineers to align solutions with enterprise standards.

• Define program goals scope deliverables and success metrics in alignment with organizational strategy.

• Monitor program performance timelines and budget adherence.

• Identify track and mitigate program-level risks and issues.

• Provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders through status reports and review meetings.

• Ensure alignment between business goals project delivery and change management.

• Foster collaboration between product engineering operations and other departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information technology or related field experience.

• Fluency in AWS based platforms is a plus

• 5 years of proven experience in AI preferably in the automotive sectors or manufacturing sectors.

• Strong leadership skills to guide project teams manage stakeholders and drive success.

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification CISSP or CSM is a plus.
