JOB TITLE: Sheet Metal Mechanic
LOCATION: Greenville SC
PAY RATE: $32-38/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Plan lay out fabricate assemble install and repair aircraft structural components

• Perform sheet metal fabrication using forms press brakes and other shop equipment

• Conduct heavy structural and sheet metal repair work

• Work on thin metal components including flight controls skins and general aircraft sheet metal repairs

• Interpret and follow technical manuals engineering drawings and FAA regulations

• Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards

Requirements:

• Recent hands-on experience in aircraft sheet metal fabrication and repair

• Experience working with thin metals including flight control surfaces and aircraft skins

• Background in general aviation or aircraft structural fabrication (FAB) work

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documentation

• Flexibility to work 1st or 2nd shift as assigned

• Candidates must be comfortable working with thinner materials and flight control components

• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship required for high-quality aircraft structural work

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
