Summary:

• Represent Quality in program activities ensuring compliance with contractual and Quality Management System requirements

• Interpret quality and engineering requirements and provide guidance to teams

• Develop quality metrics and certification plans to support program compliance

• Conduct capability assessments and process validations for supplier selection

• Participate in design and program reviews to ensure quality requirements are incorporated

• Perform analyses testing and process audits to ensure manufacturing and test readiness

• Provide material review dispositions for non-conformances

• Analyze non-conformance trends and evaluate effectiveness of corrective actions

• Recommend and implement corrective actions to address quality issues

• Perform benchmarking and process capability analysis to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology) Computer Science Data Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or related field

• 5 years of related work experience with a Bachelors degree OR 3 years with a Masters or PhD OR 9 years of equivalent experience

• 1 years of experience interpreting engineering drawings and specifications

• 3 years of experience performing data analysis

• 1 years of experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)

• 1 years of experience with quality systems (e.g. ISO9001 AS9100)

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
