Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to integrate technical solutions across multiple disciplines

• Develop conceptual designs and maintain program architecture for production builds

• Conduct producibility analyses to ensure manufacturing processes meet design requirements

• Provide producibility input for project planning and document best practices

• Analyze design and build concepts to ensure manufacturability

• Resolve technical issues impacting performance cost and schedule

• Develop and maintain manufacturing plans

• Validate production readiness and implement solutions for complex manufacturing challenges

• Apply lean manufacturing principles and technologies to improve efficiency

• Collaborate with Supplier Management to establish lab test integration requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelors Masters or PhD in Engineering Computer Science Mathematics Physics Chemistry or related field (accredited program)

• Knowledge of electrical and/or mechanical manufacturing processes and assembly sequencing

• Experience with Manufacturing Systems

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
