What Youll Do:As a Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader youll be the driving force behind a team that takes pride in maintaining lush well-kept landscapes. Your role will be hands-on ensuring that everything from mowing to trimming is done with precision and care while keeping the crew motivated and having fun!

• Lead the Crew:Supervise and guide your team in maintaining residential and commercial properties.
• Train & Inspire:Help your team grow their skills and encourage continuous improvement.
• Quality Control:Ensure work is completed on time at a high standard and with attention to detail.
• Safety First:Make sure your crew follows safety guidelines and maintains equipment properly.
• Customer Care:Keep clients happy by providing excellent service and addressing their needs.

What Were Looking For:

• Humble Hungry Kind:You lead by example are eager to learn and know how to get things done!
• At least 2 years of landscaping or landscape maintenance experience.
• A natural leader with excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to keep things organized.
• A clean driving record and valid drivers license(youll be driving a truck with a trailer).
• Willingness to put in some extra hours when things get busy!
