Job Summary
Job Summary (Special Educaction Training & Support Lead EDPlan Nashville TN)
- Serve as the primary Tier 2/Tier 3 support lead for TN PULSE (Special Education technology platform) and EDPlan providing advanced troubleshooting and communication via Zendesk.
- Lead the planning scheduling and delivery of statewide and district-level trainings (virtual and in-person) on TN PULSE for school and district staff including developing and updating training materials.
- Collaborate closely with the Tennessee Department of Education (TDOE) district leadership and internal teams to ensure effective system adoption user experience and contract compliance.
- Act as a subject matter expert in Tennessees Special Education processes and system usage advocating for user needs and driving system improvements.
- Identify document and escalate system issues and trends and communicate resolutions and updates to stakeholders.
- Support client partnerships by participating in meetings sharing user feedback and aligning training/support efforts with state priorities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant policies (Special Education 504 EL ILP-D) and ensure compliance through support and training.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of support workflows documentation and training approaches.
- Moderate in-state travel required; role based in Metro Nashville with in-office presence two days per week.
