Location: Voorhees NJ (Primary) with travel to Sewell and Vineland

Pay: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday Friday

• Start times: 8:00 AM 8:15 AM or 8:30 AM
• End times: 5:00 PM 5:30 PM or 5:45 PM

Job Summary: Our Client is seeking two professional Certified Medical Assistants to join their growing Vascular Surgery specialty practice. This is a full-time Temp to Hire position offering $19.00 - $25.00 per hour with a rotating Medical Assistant plays a vital role in supporting clinical operations by preparing patients for examinations assisting providers during procedures and maintaining a safe clean and organized clinical environment. Experience in a specialty practicevascular or vein care preferredor outpatient setting is preferred.

This position requires rotation between several South Jersey locations:

• Mondays: Morning in Vineland (on a rotating basis) followed by the remainder of the day in Voorhees.
• Tuesdays and Thursdays: Full day in Voorhees.
• Wednesdays: Full day in either Sewell or Voorhees.
• Fridays: Full day in Sewell or split between Voorhees and Sewell.
• Note: Mileage is reimbursed specifically for travel from the Vineland office to the Voorhees office.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients warmly and prepare them for examinations
• Obtain and document vital signs patient concerns and medical history in EMR
• Assist providers with treatments and in-office procedures
• Ensure patient safety comfort and clear communication throughout visits
• Travel to satellite office locations as needed (mileage reimbursement provided)
• Assist with scheduling diagnostic testing and laboratory services
• Maintain a clean safe and sterile clinical environment
• Prepare injection solutions as directed
• Adhere to all policies procedures and safety guidelines
• Maintain strict confidentiality and ensure HIPAA compliance
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant (Required)
• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Professional courteous and patient-focused demeanor
• Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail
