Job Title: Operations - Project Manager Non-IT

Job Description:
- Lead cross-functional complex project by defining scope establishing timelines allocating resources and driving accountability to ensure on-time on-budget delivery.
- Manage timelines and scope to drive successful project outcomes proactively identifying risks and developing mitigation plans to ensure adherence to commitments.
- Serve as the primary liaison between leadership Commercial Brand R&D procurement Supply Chain and Manufacturing to maintain alignment and transparency across all stakeholders.
- Facilitate effective communication providing clear project status updates risk assessments and recommendations to leadership.
- Champion process discipline and best practices ensuring adherence to Clients project management
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying efficiencies streamlining workflows and applying lessons learned across projects.
- Provide strategic insight by connecting project objectives to broader business goals and identifying opportunities for efficiency scalability and innovation.
- Support commercialization readiness ensuring all supply chain procurement and production elements are aligned for timely launch and execution
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Supply Chain Business or related field.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred.
- 3 years of progressive project management experience leading cross-functional initiatives-preferably in CPG manufacturing or supply chain environments.
- Demonstrated success managing multi-million-dollar or enterprise-level commercialization capital or expense projects.
- Proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across all organizational levels-both verbally and in writing.
- Strong planning organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in dynamic fast-paced environments with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
- Experience with Smartsheet Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Project) Power BI and SAP or comparable ERP systems.
