Job Summary
Job Title: Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Senior SDET IC) x3
Location: Hybrid

Required Qualifications (Must Haves):
- 6 9 years as an SDET or senior QA engineer
- Strong hands-on automation using TypeScript
- Deep experience in API testing (REST GraphQL)
- Performance testing experience in distributed systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead testing standards and evangelize best practices
- Clear examples of AI-driven testing workflows that changed how they test
- Test generation
- Pairwise/combinatorial testing
- Coverage gap identification
Preferred / Highly Desired (Nice to Haves):
- Playwright experience
- Financial services or regulated environment experience
- Strong CI/CD test integration experience
What Will NOT Work:
- QA profiles focused primarily on manual testing
- Candidates without real API / GraphQL testing depth
- Anyone using AI only for minor refactoring or speed gains
- Candidates seeking people management roles
- Junior or mid-level profiles without standards ownership experience
