Industrial Maintenance Technician Night Shift

Marvin Composites is hiring an Industrial Maintenance Technician at our Fargo ND location. In this role youll help keep our facility and and manufacturing equipment running efficiently. Youll take on a variety of taskstroubleshooting repairing ordering partsand play a key role in maintaining our high standards of quality. Youll also have the opportunity to take ownership of your work and see the direct impact of your contributions.

Schedule: 6:30 PM - 6:45 AM

• Week 1 (36hrs): Sun Wed Thur
• Week 2 (48hrs): Mon Tues Fri Sat

Work just 7 out of every 14 days giving you more time for family hobbies or rest.

Pay:

Base rate: $24-37/hr

• 20% night premium
• $4.00/hr weekend premium

Effective wage potential (basenight premiumweekend premiumOT): $32-48/ hr

Provide timely support perform preventive and reactive maintenance identify root causes and ensure thorough follow-up on equipment issues
Troubleshoot diagnose and repair mechanical electrical hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Plan work effectively coordinating with production & leadership to ensure success
Order parts as needed to keep our equipment running smoothly
Monitor and maintain facility equipment to minimize downtime and scrap
Continuously improve equipment processes methods etc to drive innovation

A two-year technical degree or a comparable level of knowledge and skills acquired through relevant work experience
Ability to perform accurate and thorough work with attention to detail
Strong Electrical and Mechanical skills
Familiarity with PLCs control systems and industrial automation
