Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and (new grads will be considered) dedicated Anesthesia Physician to join our multidisciplinary healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and diagnostic procedures ensuring patient safety comfort and optimal outcomes. This role involves collaborating closely with surgeons nurses and other medical professionals to deliver perioperative care in a fast-paced hospital environment. The Anesthesia Physician will utilize advanced medical knowledge and technical expertise to manage bread-and-butter anesthesia across core surgical specialties. Orthopedic Urology and OB cases. No near cardiac or vascular cases - predictable manageable scope.

Compensation & Benefits

• $500000 $515000 base salary
• $630000 $640000 total package (Year 1)

Practice Overview

• Bread-and-butter anesthesia cases
• Orthopedic OB urology and pediatric cases
• No neuro cardiac or vascular cases
• Predictable and manageable case mix

• 1:7 weekend call rotation
• Guaranteed post-call day off
• 3-day weekend after call rotation

Ideal Candidate

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Anesthesiology
• Comfortable with general OB orthopedic urologic and pediatric cases
• Team-oriented with strong communication skills
• Open to both new graduates and experienced physicians
• Interest in mentorship or leadership is a plus

Requirements

• MD or DO degree
• Completion of accredited Anesthesiology residency
• Eligible for New York medical license and DEA
• Clean or explainable malpractice history
• Willingness to participate in call rotation
