We are the U.S. subsidiary of a Korea-based technology company specializing in Factory Automation (FA) and inspection equipment. With strong technical expertise in semiconductor production inspection systems and SMT inspection equipment we supply advanced inspection solutions to customers worldwide.

We are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Field Service Engineer to join our growing team in Oxford Connecticut.

Key Responsibilities

Install commission and maintain semiconductor and SMT inspection equipment at customer sites
Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting
Respond to customer service requests and technical inquiries
Collaborate with headquarters (HQ) sales teams and customers to ensure smooth project execution
Travel domestically and occasionally internationally as required

Qualifications

Associates Degree (AA AS AAS) or Bachelors Degree (BS) in Engineering or related field
Bilingual Korean/English required
Basic computer skills (Windows Excel Word)
Willingness to travel within and outside the U.S.
Entry-level candidates welcome (training provided)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. citizen or permanent resident required)
