Job Summary
Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide overall third-level IT support for Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) field locations including escalations for network access Wi-Fi internet connectivity PC hardware & software printers hand-held computers scanner guns and other network devices.
- Manage the ordering and tracking of implementation of IT services (adds/moves/changes) for SCS and Dedicated Transportation Solutions locations.
- Demonstrate Meraki experience in supporting and troubleshooting network devices and configurations.
- Develop and maintain technical and business relationships with other departments to ensure successful implementation and support of project efforts.
- Collect and analyze business requirements for large-scale multi-functional projects and perform feasibility studies.
- Translate business requirements into appropriate technical designs and solutions.
- Support project efforts through integration of activities with other departments.
- Position is remote with video interviews required.
- 6-month contract-to-hire (CTH); no visa sponsorship available; LinkedIn profile required for all candidates.
