- Provide specialized technical expertise in IT Infrastructure services within an assigned business unit/area.
- Participate as a member of project teams for analysis design and development of business applications.
- Offer technical consulting support on projects including managing vendors for service implementation.
- Oversee and manage system issues related to IT infrastructure environments.
- Order and track the implementation of services (adds moves changes) for Supply Chain Solutions (SCS) and Dedicated Transportation Solutions locations.
- Manage openings relocations closings and renovations for remote locations across the US and Canada.
- Deliver third-level IT support for SCS field locations including escalation handling.
- Support covers network access Wi-Fi Internet PC hardware/software printers handheld devices scanner guns and other network devices.
- Identify service delivery conflicts and propose/implement alternative solutions communicating technology impacts to the business.
- Manage project activities for vendor services to align with business and customer Go Live schedules.
- Develop technical and business relationships with other departments to ensure successful project implementation and support.
- Collect and analyze business requirements for large multi-functional projects; perform feasibility studies and translate requirements into design.
- Identify and address conflicting business practices and integration issues suggesting alternative solutions.
