Accurately and thoroughly documents assessments performs clinical procedures (IV Foley dressings) effective patient and family education meets standards in proper use of tele monitoring IV vent and safe medication administration. Recognizes changes in patient s condition. Role models CPMC safety behaviors. Reports errors and daily and near misses Acts as patient advocate. Works independently and as part of the team. Accepts constructive feedback. Maintains professional appearance. Completes tasks in timeframe accepts duties as assigned.
