About the Role:

Join Tradition Home Health Care as a Home Health Aide (HHA) in Brooklyn NY where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of our clients. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated individuals to provide essential care and support in a home setting ensuring our clients lead fulfilling lives.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities including bathing grooming and meal preparation.
Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients well-being.
Monitor and report changes in clients health status to the healthcare team.
Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients and ensure their comfort.

Requirements:

Must possess a valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification.
Prior experience in home care or a related healthcare field is required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and families.
Compassionate demeanor with a strong commitment to client care and dignity.
Reliable transportation and flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.

Compensation: $19.65 - $22.00 per hour
