Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead (TL) to lead the planning design and implementation of IT projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership experience the ability to collaborate with business stakeholders and expertise in delivering solutions within case management and correctional environments. Experience with ETO (Efforts to Outcomes) Business Objects and MS SQL Server is highly preferred.

MANDATORY QUALIFICATIONS:

At least Ten (10) years of experience as a lead including the planningdesigning and implementation of an IT Project.

At least Ten (10) years of experience communicating with business SMEs to obtain and comprehend information and requirements. Additionally the TL must be able to analyze business requirements and formulate strategies.

Demonstrated understanding of Project Management Principles (PMP) or equivalent Project Management (PM) experience working to a scheduled set of tasks and events.

At least Five (5) documented examples of working on multiple disparate project tasks concurrently.

DESIREABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

A minimum of six (6) years of experience working directly with a correctional case management application.

A minimum of four (4) years of experience in MS SQL Server.

A minimum of four (4) years of experience with Business Objects.

A minimum of four (4) years of experience with ETO.
