Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CAD & CAE Trainer to deliver high-quality technical training in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) and Computer-Aided Engineering (CAE) tools. The role focuses on developing workforce capability in design simulation and engineering analysis especially within the automotive and manufacturing domains.

The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on engineering expertise with training and mentoring skills.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Delivery

Design and deliver structured training programs on CAD/CAE tools such as AutoCAD CATIA SolidWorks Creo ANSYS Abaqus HyperMesh NX
Conduct classroom virtual and hands-on lab sessions
Provide real-world project-based training aligned with industry use cases
Assess trainee performance and provide feedback and coaching

Technical Expertise (CAD CAE)

Train on 2D drafting 3D modeling assemblies and GD&T
Deliver simulation training including:
- Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
- Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
- Structural thermal and durability analysis
Guide learners in interpreting simulation results and optimization
