People are why we innovate and people power our innovations.Beinghuman-ledis our true disruption.Were looking for a Engineering Manager to join International Digital Experiences team.As a Manager of International back end team you will be responsible for leading a team of highly capable and committed engineers working on large scale back-end technologies. The team is engaged in design development and delivery of next-generation platforms for our customers creating next gen services and continuously improving how we work. You are an experienced leader and expert in back end micro services technologies. Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional team members to develop and maintain a well-defined roadmap while balancing technological excellence
- Lead technical direction and architecture with engineering team members.
- Facilitate coordination of multiple scrum teams to successfully deliver committed feature sets.
- Driving practices in training development and efficiencies across multiple feature teams.
- Diagnose and resolve systemic obstacles that prevent your team from delivering high-quality software
- Build a culture of continuous learning growth and sharing of technological insights.
- Educate and advocate for engineering best practices within the backend services ecosystem
- Recruit mentor and develop world-class engineers.
- 4 years of Management experience in Engineering
- 8 years of software development experience building large scale micro services and scalable platforms to support complex solutions
- Proficiency in Java Spring boot No SQL databases Kafka Cloud systems (Azure) and other modern backend technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver multiple complex technical projects in an agile environment
- Demonstrated ability to foster a culture of learning psychological safety respect for differences and collaboration across all engineering skill levels.
- Strong design sensibility and attention to detail
- Believes in the value of writing code that is clean testable and maintainable
- Bachelors degree; or equivalent practical experience

The annual salary range for this position is $143000.00 - $286000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
