Were looking for someone to run mitigation.
- Lead residential & commercial water damage mitigation jobs
- Build IICRC-compliant drying plans (WRT / ASD)
- Write clean defensible Xactimate estimates
- Operate in Symbility MICA and carrier platforms
- Manage insurance carrier SLAs
- Control equipment usage & job profitability
- Drive supplements and protect revenue
- Lead technicians and raise performance standards
- Partner with Reconstruction Project Managers
- Participate in rotating 24/7 on-call coverage
Target mitigation production: $750K$1M annually

- Revenue & gross profit
- Equipment utilization
- Cycle time & documentation
- Customer reviews
- Team development
Existing relationships with adjusters agents or referral partners are strongly valued.

- 7 years in water damage restoration / mitigation
- IICRC WRT & ASD certified (required)
- Strong in Xactimate estimating
- Experience with insurance carriers & SLAs
- Experience managing crews
- Commercial and mold mitigation experience
- Comfortable in 24/7 emergency service environment
- You know how to control a drying job
- You protect gross profit
- You dont tolerate excuses
- You want to build something bigger
