Managing Partner (General Manager)

• Sundays off
• Salary range: $65000 - $82500
• Bonus potential ($2500-$10000 per month)
• Bonus paid every month

• To instill our BBM Key Business Drivers (Be Friendly Be Helpful Make it Great) to deliver a great guest experience and a positive workplace environment/culture
• Facilitate weekly meetings with managers to discuss business staffing product orders and service
• Execute catering orders and online orders accurately
• Cultivate relationships with team members vendors and guests
• Uphold and enforce uniform policies
• Adhere to all store security and safety procedures
• Complete delivery orders from vendors to ensure accuracy and quality of products

• Current Food Manager certificate
• Clean driving record
• Ability to carry at least 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English required bilingual a plus)
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to reach bend squat and lift while on the shift
• Ability to multitask and organize
