Lead Irrigation Technician Leadership Track

• Perform advanced irrigation diagnostics repairs and system evaluations
• Mentor and support a team of four technicians
• Solve complex system problems that require deep technical knowledge
• Help drive field productivity and improve average job quality
• Identify process improvements and help implement them

• Manage technician performance and daily field coordination
• Oversee hiring and training of new technicians
• Implement operational systems that reduce the owners involvement
• Participate in company strategy and planning

• 3 years of irrigation technician experience (residential and/or commercial)
• Strong system troubleshooting skills you can diagnose what others cannot
• Experience with or interest in mentoring less experienced technicians
• Professional reliable and safety-conscious on the job

• Experience with Hydrawise or similar smart irrigation controllers
• Background working with irrigation supply houses or multi-tech field operations
• Interest in eventually moving into an operations or management role
