• Full oversight of daily operations and multiple divisions
• Development and execution of annual business plans and company goals
• Creation and management of annual budgets revenue targets and profit margins
• Leadership of managers handling restoration & construction projects
• Recruitment hiring training and development of managers and staff
• Ensuring exceptional customer experience and referralworthy service
• Enforcing processes safety standards and operational excellence

• 5 years of management experience
• Restoration industry experience preferred (1 year)
• Strong peopleleader with a track record of building highperforming teams
• Processdriven resultsoriented and detailfocused
• Comfortable managing budgets KPIs and multiple priorities
• Proficient with standard business and operational software

• High school diploma/GED required
• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• IICRC certifications (WRT ASD); Master designation a plus
