Pavement Maintenance Technician

• Perform a variety of pavement maintenance tasks including line striping crack filling and asphalt seal coating.
• Operate and maintain various equipment such as line stripers crack filling machines and asphalt sealcoaters.
• Work with a team to ensure that projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Stay organized maintain a safe hazard-free and clean work environment.
• Be flexible with hours as we grow our company.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Additional tasks as required

• A Tennessee drivers license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
• Knowledge of pavement maintenance techniques materials and equipment is beneficial
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• You are a self-motivated critical thinker that likes to problem solve
• You understand the importance of punctuality organization and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised
• Past experience with small engines (i.e. lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is helpful
• Strong aptitude for technology stack is beneficial
