MUST HAVE OASIS ASSESSMENT EXPERIENCE!
Preferred Home Care of Florida a Medicare Home Health Agency is hiring Per-Diem (PRN) Registered Nurses to service Treasure Coast.
Requirements:
- Must have an active Florida State RN License
- 3 years of experience working as an RN; Homecare experience a HUGE PLUS
- RNs must have OASIS Assessment Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge and understanding of Home Care policies and procedures
