JINYA Ramen Bar is seeking a passionate and reliable Bilingual Cook/Prep Cook to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining the quality consistency and presentation of our dishes while upholding the brands high standards. The ideal candidate can communicate effectively in both English and Spanish and thrives in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

- Prepare ingredients and dishes according to JINYA Ramen Bar recipes and standards.
- Cook and assemble ramen bowls and other menu items with accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Assist with receiving and properly storing deliveries.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors in both English and Spanish.
Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience (preferably in a high-volume restaurant).
- Basic to intermediate proficiency in both English and Spanish (bilingual required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced high-pressure environment.
- Positive attitude reliability and punctuality.
- Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays.
- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus but not required.

Compensation: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
