Job Summary
Lake Mohawk Golf Club in Sparta is looking for a full and part time bartenders to join our team. We are located on 471 West Shore Trail. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter punctual and hard-working.
Responsibilities
- Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages
- Interact with customers take orders and serve snacks and drinks
- Assess customers needs and preferences and make recommendations
- Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
- Colaborate bar menu
- Check customers identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
- Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
- Provide monthly liquor inventory
- Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a bartender
- Excellent knowledge of mixing garnishing and serving
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to keep the bar organized stocked and clean
- Relevant training certificate
