This is an exciting time to join our team. As we prepare to move into our new state-of-the-art 14-storey Paediatric Services Building part of a multimillion-dollar redevelopment of The Childrens Hospital at Westmead youll be at the forefront of a transformative period in paediatric and neonatal healthcare.

This new facility will house expanded critical care and acute healthcare services including enhanced neonatal intensive care units operating theatres and additional inpatient units ensuring we continue to provide world-class care for children and their families across NSW.

Were inviting passionate and motivated Registered Nurses to join our Grace Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) team at The Childrens Hospital at Westmead.

What youll be doing

Were looking for nurses who:
Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Are experienced in or highly motivated to work in neonatal critical care
Thrive in fast-paced high-acuity environments

  1. Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
  2. Recent critical care experience and/or recent paediatric experience.
  3. Demonstrated excellent verbal written and interpersonal skills.
  4. Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
  5. Effective time management skills
  6. Computer literacy.
  7. Capacity to work a seven (7) day rotating roster including public holidays and reasonable overtime.
