Bikini Island & Mountain Hotel Es Trenc opened its doors in summer 2024 on the south-east tip of Mallorca in the peaceful village of Colònia de Sant Jordi. With 130 guest rooms & suites our new NENI Mallorca Es Trenc two bar outlets a concept store & PICNIC shop spacious event and retreat areas and a lush & magical garden area stretching to the Mediterranean sea the experience has only just begun. As our Food & Beverage Supervisor youll oversee daily operations ensuring top-notch service and happy guests. Youll lead and train the team manage inventory uphold quality and hygiene standards and handle guest inquiries. Youll also collaborate with the kitchen and other departments to keep everything running smoothly. Your leadership and organizational skills will make all the difference!

WHATS IN YOUR LUGGAGE YOU HAVE/YOU ARE....

-At least 1 year of full-time experience in four-star hotels

-Experience working with standard operating procedures and updating them when necessary

-Be able to demonstrate that you take initiative and supervise others

-Plenty of experience in high volume fast-paced work environments

-Individuals must be flexible in their approach adapt smoothly to last-minute changes and remain highly customer-focused

-Excellent command of English

-This position requires shift work and flexibility

WHATS YOR JOB ABOUT

-Youll oversee the operations of two bars and the NENI Mallorca Es Trenc restaurant

-Ensure the smooth running of all bar operations in the absence of the Restaurant Manager

-Keep the team on point with their daily and weekly checklists

-Ensure all bar equipment adheres to the systems and procedures outlined in the standards manual

-Managing stock rotation and safe storage

-Preparing bars for each shift in accordance with the standards and procedures manual

-Ensuring staff arrive on time in uniform with the correct name badges and ready to work according to the weekly rota

-Share your knowledge! Train coach and inspire the bar crew to meet our relaxed yet polished four-star standards
