Job Summary

Job Description:
End-User Technical Support
Provide Level-2 support for desktops laptops printers and peripherals.
Troubleshoot Windows OS Microsoft Office and enterprise applications.
Resolve issues escalated from Service Desk / L1 support.
Provide remote or onsite technical assistance to users.
2. Installation & Configuration
Install and configure operating systems software and drivers.
Setup new desktops laptops printers scanners and mobile devices.
Perform OS imaging and device deployment.
3. System Administration Support
Manage Active Directory user accounts password resets and permissions.
Support email systems Microsoft 365 and Exchange.
Maintain system updates patches and security policies.
4. Incident & Ticket Management
Manage and resolve incidents using ticketing tools (ServiceNow)
Maintain proper documentation of troubleshooting steps and resolutions.
Ensure issues are resolved within SLA timelines.
5. Network & Connectivity Troubleshooting
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN VPN Wi-Fi and network connectivity issues.
Coordinate with network or server teams for advanced issues.
6. Hardware Maintenance
Diagnose and repair desktop hardware issues.
Replace faulty components and maintain hardware inventory.
7. Documentation & Knowledge Base
Create knowledge articles and technical documentation.
Maintain asset records and IT inventory.
