Environment Health and Safety Manager

Salary:60000 - 70000 car allowance bonus strong benefits

About the Company:

Were partnering with a leading organisation with a strong national presence and an established network of manufacturing and production facilities. With a continued focus on growth quality and operational excellence they are now looking to appoint an experienced Environment Health and Safety Manager to support their production operations.

This is a key position responsible for overseeing health safety and environmental performance across a network of manufacturing and production sites predominantly based in the Midlands with travel to projects nationwide. You will work closely with site teams and SLT to drive a positive safety culture ensure compliance and embed best practice across all operations.

Key Responsibilities of the Environment Health and Safety Manager:

• Lead HSE across multiple manufacturing / production facilities
• Provide guidance and support to operational teams to ensure safe delivery
• Conduct audits inspections and incident investigations
• Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives
• Ensure compliance with UK legislation and company standards
• Support wider project teams when required across the UK
• Analyse performance data and report into senior leadership

The successful Environment Health and Safety Manager will have:

• Proven HSE experience within manufacturing production or construction environments
• Confident working across multiple sites and engaging with stakeholders
• Proactive hands-on approach with the ability to influence at all levels
• NEBOSH qualified Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Full UK driving licence and happy to travel nationally when required
