Coachbuilder / Vehicle Body Builder Luxury Coach & Van Conversions

Full-Time MondayFriday

We are looking for an experienced Coachbuilder / Vehicle Body Builder to join a specialist workshop in Bicester working on the build modification and repair of high-end coaches and bespoke van conversions.

This is a hands-on role focused on structural interior and bodywork elements across a fleet of premium vehicles used within events touring and production environments.

The Role

• Carrying out coachbuilding body repairs and structural modifications to coaches and vans
• Fabricating and fitting panels interiors fixtures and bespoke vehicle components
• Supporting vehicle strip refit and conversion projects from concept through to completion
• Working with wood metal and composite materials to a high finish standard
• Repairing accident damage and carrying out refurbishment work where required
• Ensuring all work meets safety quality and durability standards

What Were Looking For

• Proven experience as a Coachbuilder Vehicle Body Builder or similar
• Background working on coaches buses vans horseboxes motorhomes or bespoke vehicles
• Strong fabrication and fitting skills (woodwork metalwork or composites)
• Ability to read drawings and work from build specifications
• Welding or fabrication experience desirable
• High attention to detail and pride in producing quality finished vehicles
