Senior Fullstack Developer (Berlin)

The Privatize engineering team is seeking a Berlin-based Senior Fullstack Developer with deep expertise in Python Django JS and TailwindCSS to lead the development of strategic platform features. With at least 5 years of experience or exceptional technical ability youll play a crucial role in shaping the product architecture driving implementation and delivering creative user-focused solutions.

Tasks

• Lead end-to-end development of new features using Python Django JS and TailwindCSS from architecture to deployment
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product design and business teams to turn concepts into scalable and maintainable code
• Manage technical projects establish timelines and ensure successful delivery
• Gather and interpret feedback from users and stakeholders to drive product evolution
• Advocate for best practices in code quality performance and security
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative growth-focused engineering culture

Requirements

• 5 years of professional software development experience including deep expertise in Python Django modern JS frontend frameworks and TailwindCSS
• Proven ability to independently manage and execute on complex projects
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a track record of crafting creative scalable solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and aligning tech decisions with product strategy
• Familiarity with AWS Github Sentry and Figma
• Bonus: Experience in private markets fintech or B2B2C platforms
