Nox is aiming to become the best alternative to short-haul flights by soon offering premium overnight trains across Europe. With a radically redesigned interior and onboard experience people travel in style saving time being asleep. As an Operations Manager (f/m/d) you will launch and run our first line end-to-endturning concepts into reality managing partners and delivering on commercial and operational KPIs while building and leading your own team.
Tasks
- Run the first line: Bring our first train on the tracks managing multiple partners and bring your own concepts to reality
- Think from scratch: You will co-lead the first operational base with the management team and will be responsible for defining and meeting commercial and operational KPIs on the first line
- Build and lead your team: After the groundwork is done hire lead and develop an operational team who makes Nox the most loved travel brand in Europe
Requirements
- You have around 3 years in Operations Management General Management product / market launches or similar experience
- You are a strong executor who strictly prioritises on what matters most without losing the bigger picture
- You use relevant data to base strategic decisions on while mixing it with a confident business gut feeling
- Professional experience in leading people and/or large projects is a plus
- German proficiency of C2 Fluent in English every other language is a plus
