Nox is aiming to become the best alternative to short-haul flights by soon offering premium overnight trains across Europe. With a radically redesigned interior and onboard experience people travel in style saving time being asleep. As a (Senior) Product Designer (f/m/d) you will shape the end-to-end customer journeydesigning seamless experiences across digital and physical touchpoints while aligning teams and ensuring consistency and quality.

Tasks

• Own the journey: Lead customer experience from initial inspiration to post-trip mapping and continuously improving every touchpoint across passengers crew and back-office operations.
• Lead the experience: Design develop and ship cohesive experiences across digital and physical product lines combining user research with strong product vision.
• Translate complexity into clarity: Turn the complexity of night train operations like scheduling logistics and partner integrations into consistent and seamless user experiences.
• Maintain consistency and Quality: With a holistic view across all touchpoints proactively identify gaps and inconsistencies resolving them before they become costly problems.

Requirements

• You have around 5 years of experience in product design service design UX design. Experience in hospitality mobility or consumer services are a strong plus.
• You are an aesthetically-oriented thinker who can empathise with a wide range of customers and users of the Nox environment even if outside of your own thoughts
• You think in journeys and systems feeling equally comfortable to map a service blueprint as well as challenging interaction flow
• You communicate with clarity and conviction able to align product engineering and operations around a shared experience vision calling out uncomfortable gaps as they appear.
• You thrive in cross-functional roles whether its shadowing crews over night or untangling a complicated backend-workflow
