What Youll Do
Solve Business Problems
- Be a trusted strategic partner to clients helping navigate complex decisions with confidence
- Facilitate workshops and conversations that align teams and keep things moving forward
- Bring a clear point of view backed by insight and evidence
Uncover Insights That Matter
- Dive into clinical data market dynamics and human behavior to uncover insights that are both rigorous and resonant
- Spot patterns tensions and opportunities across HCP and patient journeys
- Turn complexity into clear compelling strategic narratives that teams can rally around
Turn Thinking into Inspiration
- Write smart engaging creative briefs that spark ideas and energize teams
- Shape brand positioning messaging and communications across the lifecycle
- Help make science not just understandable but interesting human and impactful
Build Connected Modern Strategy
- Work closely with Creative to develop breakthrough concepts Account to connect strategy to client objectives Medical Strategy to translate science with rigor and Social Media and Omnichannel Engagement teams to orchestrate how ideas are delivered seamlessly across touchpoints
- Bring together brand content channel and experience thinking into one cohesive strategic vision
- Keep the work grounded in reality while pushing it to be as clear and impactful as possible

What You Bring
- 8 years in brand strategy or planning in an agency environment with experience in pharma biotech or healthcare marketing
- A track record of delivering insight-driven creatively inspiring and strategically sound work
- Strong understanding of clinical data competitive landscapes and HCP or patient dynamics
- Experience collaborating with medical social and CX or engagement strategy teams
- Excellent storytelling and communication skills across briefs decks and presentations

Salary Range: $200000 - $240000 CAD
The salary range provided represents what a potential hire may expect to earn in this role at BGB. Actual salary decisions will be influenced by several factors that we use to determine overall fit including experience (both direct and indirect) education training demonstrated qualifications and organizational need. Salary is only one component of the total rewards package offered at BGB Group.
