Job Overview
We are seeking an Installer/Carpenter to support exterior construction projects including skylight and daylighting system installations as well as general carpentry work. This role involves hands-on installation job site safety and collaboration with team members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Install skylights daylighting systems (e.g. Solatube) and related components
- Perform general carpentry tasks for residential and commercial projects
- Measure cut and assemble materials according to project specifications
- Follow company safety standards and job site procedures
- Maintain tools equipment and a clean work environment
- Communicate with team members regarding job progress and requirements
- Ensure installations meet quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- Experience in carpentry construction or installation work preferred
- Familiarity with hand and power tools
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and complete safety training
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform physical work
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
