MobileTechnician/MechanicCompensation and Benefits:
AutomotiveMobileTechnicianStartingSalary:$22-$28perhourplus service bonus to bedeterminedat servicedirectorsdiscretion.

AutomotiveMobileTechnicianResponsibilities:
Workclosely with the Mobile Service Coordinator and prepare for the days appointments
Consult with customersregardingwork to be performed providing clear and professional communication
Perform multi-point inspections
Complete all work in a clean efficient and organized manner
Communicate effectively with the parts departmentregardingrequired parts
Save and tag parts for warranty claims as needed
Road test vehicles whenrequiredor refer to a test technician
Keeps abreast of manufacturer technical bulletins.
Reports machinery defects or malfunctions tosupervisor.
Understands keeps abreast of andcomplies withfederal state and local regulations such as hazardous waste disposal OSHA Right-to-Know etc.
AutomotiveMobile TechnicianQualifications:
6 months to 1 year of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
Experience using scan tools
Ability to program modules perform DTC retrieval and interpret PIDs preferred
Strong customer service mindset with a customer-centric approach
Personable and able to build positive relationships with customers and team members
Proficient communication skills both verbal and written
Highly organized with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively
Computer savvy with the ability to use mobile devices and learn new systems
Strong research and problem-solving skills
Physical ability to use mobile computer devices
Physical ability to bend squat work under vehicles and lift between 5080 pounds
Willingness to work in inclement weather
Mustmaintaina clean driving record and be insurable under company insurance
