Senior QA Appian Test Engineer (TS Clearance)

What Youll do:

We are seeking a Senior QA tester to join our team! This person will be responsible for partnering with our Appian project teams to lead develop and implement testing strategies specific to Appian applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with project leads to develop a testing strategy and performance goals for Appian projects
• Performing QA testing on Appian applications across several projects
• Creating documentation/ test scripts and recording results
• Partnering with project leads and developers to ensure issues are resolved
• Analyzing bugs to identify trends
• Writing user stories

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree in Business IT or related field
• 6 years of experience performing QA testing on software applications (i.e. Appian UiPath Pega etc.)
• Detail oriented with experience working on several projects at one time
• Experience working in an agile environment
• Must be a U.S. citizenin accordance withcontract requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a TS clearance (preference given to those holding active TS clearance)
• This is a hybrid position and will require on-site presence at our Groundswell HQ in Mclean or other client site locations in the Norther Virginia area

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in automation testing desired
• Trusted Tester Certification (508 compliance) desired

The salary range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
