The Guest Relations Representative Temp FT position exists to perform diversified functions associated with representing FOF to guests/constituents that visit the ministry through hospitality greeting providing information and operating appropriate Guest Relations stations. Requires occasional supervision and refers only specific unusual problems to Duties/Responsibilities:Greets and assists guests which may include providing information directing visitors for tours broadcast tapings or appointments and booking special tours or birthday partiesMinisters to guests/visitors one on one or in a groupAttends to needs of guests as appropriate including administrative tasks at one of the department reception stationsIs first security point for concerns or threatening situations to staff or guests.
